TERMS OF SERVICE

What I DO and DO NOT draw:

I DO draw:

  • anthro and feral animals

  • SFW and NSFW

  • fanart, or characters from existing media

  • my OCs with yours

  • mlp characters / ponies (SFW ONLY)

I do NOT draw:

  • humanoids

  • mechs/complex designs

  • gore

  • racist, homophobic, transphobic, or any other offensive material

  • pedophilic or zoophilic material

Payment:

- prices are in USD
- payment is required before work begins. I won't start any of the artwork until I've received payment.
- payment is done through a PayPal invoice.

Turnaround Times:

- turnaround times can vary, with the shortest being within a few days, and the longest being within 3-4 months. There are exceptions to this, but generally I finish commissions within a month or two.- you are more than welcome to message me about an update on the commission. All I ask is you don't message me daily.

Changes and edits:

- I do edits during two parts of the commission process: once the sketch is sent for approval, and once the commission is done.- First two edits during each part of the process are free, provided they are small. Small edits include adding details to a character, coloring in something I missed, or adjusting small details such as markings. Any additional edits from that point will have a fee.- Large edits (changing the pose, recoloring an entire character) will come at a fee.- I do not do edits once the final piece has been approved, unless it's an error of some kind. I do not go back and change older pieces.

Refunds:

- full refunds are available as long as the commission hasn't been started yet.
- If the commission is in the sketch phase, a 50% refund is an option.
- If the art is any further along than the sketch phase, I will not do a refund.

When ordering a commission:

- Send me a message including the type of commission you want, the character refs, and the general idea for the commission (expressions, posing, etc.)- Please note I can reject a commission request, I don't always do them on a first come first served basis.

Posting:

- Commissions can be kept private for no extra charge, just let me know in advance.- You have full permission to post commissioned work of mine to other websites, provided I am credited in some way that links back to me (this includes places like Twitter, as well as image board sites).- I don't always post the finished commission first, but if you'd like me to let me know! If it matters to you at all I can post it with or without tagging you, just ask :)

Repurposing/Distribution:

- DO NOT FEED MY ART INTO ANY FORM OF AI IMAGE GENERATION. I do not support the usage of AI, and while I cannot enforce this rule unless I see it, please! Respect the artist who makes your art! That's all I can ask.- Feel free to print/use the art for anything personal! If you want to make your own merch out of it, that's fine, provided it's not resold without discussing it with me first. (Good examples of this: Making them into stickers for your own personal use. Reselling the stickers would be a violation of these terms.)

These are context dependent. I might be willing to draw them, it just depends on what specifically you want. Note that some of these things I haven't drawn a lot, so keep that in mind when you ask for something like this.

Custom Designs:

Hypno Eye Animations:

Other Things:

- Art typically comes without a background, but I can add simple ones without a fee. Anything more complex than a pattern or a sky would be an additional $10. Please keep in mind backgrounds are not my specialty, but I can draw natural environments.- as I said before sketch sheets are pay what you want, but I can also give you a price based on how many you'd like as well.
